Promote Clickbank Products through Free Article Postings

I referred last time to the fact that there is a way to promote Clickbank products without buying Adwords ads. In fact there are several ways. 1) Put links on your own website (problem here is getting traffic to your site) 2) Buy ads from somewhere else (okay – this is taking the statement LITERALLY about not buying adwords ads…) 3) Use article directories and free classified listings. This last option is probably the lowest entry level threshold. You don’t need your own website, money or much more than an email address and time to write articles.
Using an article at US Free Ads, the writer of this blog post essentially invested 10 hours of writing and made over $400. Essentially, he started out with a post at US Free Ads, then bookmarked the page via social bookmarking services (to get it into Google’s search.) Then… he wrote articles leading back to the Ad and submitted to Article directories. If I read correctly he wrote 2 (!) articles for each product he selected (10 products were selected for the test.)
All in alll, I like the idea that this method takes no money to fuel it. Just free article posts and article writing is all it takes to make this approach to Clickbank work. It seems like a promising approach and I’m tempted to give it a try and see if I find similar results.
