This is a site that I’ve intended to put together for quite some time. I have several other sites of which I’ll likely discuss in the context of what this site is about, earning money online. Before I go much further, let my try to tackle what this site is NOT. This is not about “easy money” or get rich quick schemes. There are a lot of those online and I specifically chose EARNmoneyonlineblog…. for a reason. There are lots of ways to earn money online these days and as I develop posts for this site, I will talk about many of them, my experiences with them and hopefully pass along some good tips on how to make the most of some of the good opportunities out there.
Can you make a lot of money online? Yes, but as always the devil is in the details, there aren’t any “free lunches”. Most everything takes an initial investment of either time or money or both. One of the remarkable things is how LITTLE the investment of time or money can be to start an online revenue source.
For many years I’ve been fond of the idea of cultivating multiple streams of revenue for income. I like to think of it as diversification. I am self employed and have been for around 10 years. I make money online and offline, through a variety of endeavors. Although I haven’t “made millions” online, I am somewhat proud that each of my ongoing online projects are in profit.
I guess in many ways you could say that I’m a chronic entrepreneur. Anytime I see an opportunity to earn at least a small stream of income from an idea, I seem eager to at least take a look and play around with the numbers. At most after a bit of reality checking and best/worst case scenario experimenting I’m ready to jump in and give a try.
Ultimately this site WILL have some of my affiliate links and google ads, etc. Some people seem put off by such, but after all if the site does VERY well, I’m more interested in continuing to spend time with it. But, this site is going to be about MORE than JUST promoting my affiliate links. I hope to be able to give the average person a good view of just how to approach the dizzying array of affiliate programs and “wealth” ebooks/programs/etc. out in the wild web.
